Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by CHARGING WA PTY LTD, ABN 53 692 564 622, trading as Commercial EV Charging Perth, of Unit 2/77 Forsyth Street, O'Connor WA 6163. Electrical work is carried out under electrical contractor licence EC11686.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information on this site is general

Pages describing chargers, supply, load management and installation are written to help you understand the work in general terms. They are not advice about your particular site.

Every site is different. What is possible at your building depends on the supply available, the switchboard, the distance to the parking bays and the network's own rules, and none of that can be determined from a web page.

Nothing on this site is a quote

No page, figure or range on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope and price are set out only in a written proposal issued after a site assessment.

Lead times shown on this site are indicative. The stated range of 2 weeks to 2 months depends on hardware availability and on network approvals we do not control.

Enquiries you send us

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. It starts a conversation, and either of us may end it.

Please send accurate details. A proposal is only as good as the information it is based on, and site details that turn out to be wrong will change the scope and the price.

What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Work we carry out

Any installation we perform is governed by the written proposal you accept, together with any variation agreed in writing. Where the proposal and this page differ, the proposal applies.

Our workmanship warranty is 2 years on parts and labour. Hardware carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which is stated in the proposal.

Content and images

The text, layout, photographs and diagrams on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking first.

Product names and trade marks belonging to other companies remain theirs, and are used only to identify the equipment we install.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a manufacturer, a network or a government page, we do it because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be up to date or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on a written proposal.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee under that law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied, to the extent the law permits.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
